WATERSHED MOMENT - OCTOBER 16, 2017

THE INFORMATION GATHERING PHASE OF GLENVIEW'S SEARCH FOR A PASTOR HAS REACHED A WATERSHED MOMEMT.

At 6:30 PM tonight, October 16, 2017, the Glenview Pastor Search Committee will meet to develop an outline from which to write a “Church Ministry Profile."  It is a watershed moment because we will be moving from the information gathering phase to the next phase, engagement with potential pastoral candidates. This Church Ministry Profile will be a public document that describes:

1) Who we are as a church, 

2) What our aspirations are for a Senior Pastor and 

3) Define the community in which we minister.

This Profile will be compiled from the four major reports that have been gather from you, the church at Glenview. These reports are: 

1) Focus Groups Report

2) Church Survey Report

3) Church Leadership & Staff Organizational  

    Assessment Report

4) Community Demographics Report.

The Glenview Church Ministry Profile will be put on-line at the church's website with links to the relevant source documents. Anyone from our church or pastoral candidates will be able to access it.
