WE'RE GETTING CLOSE!

JOIN TOGETHER IN PRAYER!

Do not let up in your prayers for the Pastor Search Committee. You should know that the committee has been through three thorough candidate elimination phases. We have reduced the field of candidates from roughly 280 to 32 as of this past Monday, Jan 8. 

The committee has all 32 resumes in their possession and are now praying over every resume and reviewing them carefully. We will meet on Feb 5. Each committee member is to bring their top 5 candidates from this group. We hope to be able to determine a top three or four candidates. That is the plan over the next four weeks. 

This has been a very thorough, engaging and hopeful process. We have had many very well qualified candidates submit. PLEASE DO NOT LET UP IN PRAYER. In a month, four weeks, we may be down to three or four candidates. During February and March we will conduct some face-time interviews. 

This is getting very exciting!
